Yoga Tune Up was created by Jill Miller.

It is a unique way of working in a yoga classroom and focuses on the 4 P’s. Pain, Posture, Performance and Proprioception. It eradicates pain, improves posture, enhances performance and brings more awareness of your body.

Yoga Tune Up targets specific areas of the body, using a unique blend of collective exercises, yoga, and self massage techniques that will find and address the personal blind spots. These blind spots are the areas of your body that are most often overused, underused, misused or abused. Yoga Tune Up helps to identify these blind spots and create a body that simply feels great to be in.
